My name is Mandy Heruer and I am the eldest of the three.
Being born and raised in a real estate family always has left me with interest in amazing properties but also matching those with the right people. At a young age I saw the importance of service and communication
In the Netherlands I run a successful real estate company, but I felt compelled to work with my sisters. With 3 different personalities we are able to provide all the aspects that this business needs.
I am the match maker when it comes to finding or selling/renting your property. Good relationships with our clients are what matters most to me, to ensure the best outcomes possible
Other than that, I specialize in how “it feels”. Some houses need energetic clearance in order to be able to be sold or match with the right client.
Combining both the materialistic and spiritual/energetic field has always been a passion of mine. Which comes to its full right when I work in real estate.
KELLY HERUER
Hey everyone,
My name is Kelly Heruer and I’m the middle sister. I’ve completed my Bachelor’s in International Business and a specialization in Marketing, however I’ve always had a creative side too.
Entrepreneurship flowes through my veins ever since I was just a little girl. Coming from a family of hardworking and risk-taking people in real estate I always knew I wanted something of my own and to create my own success.
Having had the example I did, throughout the years I’ve launched several companies including a clothing line and my own photography business. In the meantime, my interest in real estate grew and I managed to invest in my own storefront.
As the years went by the idea of starting a real estate business together as sisters was a reoccurring dream that we decided to pursue.
Combining our forces and different qualities but still sharing the same honesty, passion and core values is what makes us a hell of a team which I’m extremely proud of.
Home for me is where the heart is, and my personal mission is to ensure your heart is safe in the surroundings of your new house.

STEFFY HERUER
Hi!
My name is Steffy Heruer and I am the youngest of the three. I have always had a sensitive side and have a lot of work experience in coaching & counselling which I still practice. I started off when I was young with my own business in clothing stores and I have always found it incredibly fun and fulfilling working with people.
I am firm believer in loyalty, communication, honesty & clarity, and that applies for any business or any private relationships. All three of us grew up in a family who was and still are passionate about real estate. As I am a big fan of a living a life outside, I chose several years ago to move to Marbella for good after we already lived in Florence, Italy for some years.
Being able to wake up in the sun and continuing our business here means absolute freedom to me. We experienced how well our business worked in the Netherlands and then saw the opportunities here, which are endless.
We all have our own qualities and the moment we decided to put it together magic happened. Being able to work with both my sisters and having a successful family business in two countries is simply amazing.
I am thankful each day that we make our dreams come true and most importantly the dreams of others as well. A house for me has never been just a house therefore I understand the importance of finding a home that suits you.
The magic thing about a home is that it feels good to leave, and it feels even better to come back. That’s what I strive for whenever I am with a client.

A little bit of family history...
From a young age we envied our grandparents. Our grandfather used to sell carpets from door to door when he was younger and then eventually met my grandmother. Being one of the strongest and hardworking teams we have ever known, they managed to make their dreams come true and built a real name in real estate for themselves. We couldn’t have had a better example, or a better motivation than to make them proud and honor their name. We know they would be extremely proud if only they could only see us following their footsteps.
